Year of Release 2005. This year represents the turning of the tide.
Give us the humility to accept the things we cannot change, and give us the courage to change to change the things we can
and give us the wisdom to know the difference.
BIRDWATCHING HOLIDAYS TO VISIT YOUR TREES

Trips to the Gambia are organised where you can join a Raptor trip with specialist Modou Colley at the Senegambia Hotel. It is likely you should see Ospreys as well as up to 25 different species of raptor. In addition, the trip visits our tree planting area where you can help us by monitoring what wildlife you see and taking note of any illegal logging which may be going on. Most importantly you should try to sponsor this project - if you do you will receive a certificate and be treated as a valued guest by the communities involved in the project. You can go on other wildlife watching trips in Gambia with Modou or with other birdwatchers in Gambia registered as official birdwatchers (NOT TRAINEES) with WABSA.

Modou Colley co-ordinates a team of birdwatchers who can guide you round many other parts of Gambia on birdwatching experiences of a lifetime. Andrea from
Green Business UK went on bird tour with Modou and found his patience, knowledge and good humour second to none - even when he got close to a puff adder!
